Introducing the 1403 cc “Torque Monster!” With 96 ft-lbs @ 4400 rpm and over 90 hp from about 5500 on up this bike will not disappoint. I have picked off many lesser riders on “faster” bikes, thanks to the amazing torque and late braking with the power and contol of the PM (Performance Machine) 6 piston brakes. This is a one of a kind XRTT Replica with a six gallon gas tank on an Evo Sportster that you can ride every week. For 10 yrs I rode this bike almost every Sunday. I have ridden the bike from L.A. to Laguna Seca near Montery, CA multiple times at speeds I can’t publish as well as from L.A. to Calexico at the Mexican border and back. The bike is powered by a totally built Sputhe Nitralloy 86 cubic inch engine, rebuilt with Sputhe .010 over cylinders less than 2,000 miles ago. The bike was just totally gone through by Hi Pro Motors 9/21 with new tires; new coil; carburetor clean, tune, and synch; both brakes flushed, new gas lines, drive chain lube and adjust; throttle housing and cable cleaned and lubed; etc. Fairing and bodywork molded from a Cal Rayborn XRTT bike by the late Damian Gregory. Signals and lights custom molded into bodywork. Storage compartment in tailpiece. Heads ported by B. C. Gerolamy with 46mm intake and 4lmm exhaust valves. Mikuni HS 40, custom 2 into 2 exhaust, and lots more. This bike has tons of custom pieces (swing arm, rear-set pegs mounts, crank vent, air cleaner mount, etc.) and off-the shelf parts (PM brakes, full floating rotor, and wheels, Storz Steering Damper, Screaming Eagle Fork Brace and Oil Cooler, etc.). Signed by Jay Springsteen (Springer #9 HD). Color matched and hand cast plastic tum signals, running lights, and brake lights, with custom fabricated light boxes. Single offset halogen mini-lamp headlight all designed, engineered, fabricated, and installed by Damian Gregory. Cylinders and Pistons: Sputhe Engineering; bore of 96mm (3.780in); stock stroke of 97mm (3.812in). External oil returns. Sifton heavy duty valve springs and collars Sifton hydraulic cams (#231-EV) and Sifton adjustable push rods. 0.515″ lift. 252 degree duration measured at 0.053″ lift. Sputhe windage plate and S&S Connecting rods installed. Flywheels and rods magnafluxed. Crank assembly dynamically trued. Flywheel trued. Transmission converted to close ratio drive set.
