Based on the same Vulcan 900 platform, the Custom has more than just a bigger front wheel with an 80mm Dunlop tire. The Special Edition also comes with the drag-style handlebar, a frame that is raked out to 33 degrees to provide more trail (7.2) for housing that big beautiful wheel up front.
