Used 1982 Harley-Davidson FLT Classic / Vintage Motorcycle

1982 HARLEY-DAVIDSON FLT, Incredibly clean and extremely original FLT “King of the Road” Tour Glide (the original Road Glide!)shovelhead bagger finished in the original Candy Red Pearl paint that is still in absolutely amazing condition! This is a very rare bike and most certainly the most rideable of the shovelhead bikes with a rubbermounted 80 CID engine and proper highway gearing to ride on today\’s roads at today\’s highway speeds. This bike has been mechanically restored with a full upper engine rebuild by one of the preeminent shovelhead engine builders in the country with receipt and all major functions have been completely gone through. The bike runs and rides absolutely like new with no known problems and none of the usual oil leaks found on older Harleys of this vintage (aside from the normal drips from the enclosed chain final drive). The bike comes with an impressive array of original items including: Original Candy Red paint, Commemorative gold eagle front fender badge (to commemorate Harley-Davidson becoming its own company again and free of AMF), Original leather tool kit pouch with original AMF tools, Original owner manuals, original dealer “window sticker” pricing and highlights handlebar tag, original Harley logo keys, Original “80” air cleaner (has a upgraded OEM Screamin\’ Eagle air cleaner currently installed) and original mufflers (and mounting hardware) included with sale.
