2020 Scorpion 3 Wheeler , The Scorpion is a professionally built, highly custom motorcycle powered 3-wheeler that was 100% designed and built by using the latest in 3D design software, 3D printing and CNC manufacturing technologies. This Scorpion was final and assembled and completed in early February 2020 and first shown at the prestigious 2020 Detroit Autorama where it won two major awards including the Motorcycle Pro Class. It was one of the most talked about vehicles at the show. This is truly one of a kind that will fit in anyone’s collection.
The Scorpion uses some of the best materials and components and has a unique low-profile stance for ultimate handling and performance. The Scorpion sits a mere 7 from the ground with an over-all height of 50 inches. The Scorpion cuts through the road surface with amazing grace and agility with driver controls within easy reach. The comfortable suspension with a complete tunable pivot link concept with its RideTech HQ Coilover Adjustable Shocks, racing suspension seats, makes the vehicle easy to drive and handle. The Scorpion also uses a unique custom forward and reverse gearbox while maintaining the factory 5 speed transmission for flawless maneuverability. The engine cradle was designed so you may remove the engine and F/R gearbox as one component for easy serviceability.
The Scorpion is powered by a fuel injected Suzuki Hayabusa 4 cylinder GSX1300R. The Scorpion rides on Pro Street Mickey Thompson Sportsman S/R with track focused Basset Racing Wheels with 26x10R15 in the front and 29x18R15 in the rear. The gearbox is a JEFFco custom billet forward and reverse gearbox. Other features include Wilwood calipers and brakes with Wilwood race floor mount three pedal assembly, stock Hayabusa dash integrated into custom billet aluminum dash, powder coated Illusion Red with Gray Metallic accents and clear coated for protection, CNC designed 1-1/4 DOM tube chassis, custom CNC designed and fabricated front and rear sprockets built for using #630 drag chain, Multiple CNC billet aluminum parts including the speedometer dash, suspension pivot link arms and rear swing-arms, custom aluminum fuel cell and switch console, specialty crafted wire harness, built by Scott Horner and Heads Up Performance, Custom racing suspension seats with RJS Racing Equipment five point racing harnesses, front brakes have electric line lock for race application or crazy burnouts, Race Car Replica rack and pinion and quick removable racing steering wheel, custom aluminum radiator and purge tank from Superior Radiator with electric fans, DERALE performance remote engine cooler with fan and -AN fittings and braided hoses, Yoshimura race exhaust pipes with hand built ceramic coated cross over exhaust tubes, the chassis is 100% MIG and TIG welded, all grand 8 hardware.
