2018 BMW R NineT Urban G/S, One of the newer additions to the ever growing RNineT lineup, the Urban GS may be the coolest of them all. This bike is aesthetically pleasing and keeps the neo-retro styling that the NineT family is known for, but this one gives you some of the dual sport / adventure bike flair and a touch of that capability. A round headlight with flyscreen, a long flat 2-up seat, upright ergonomics, steering damper, fork gaiters, and the optional spoke rims (which this one has) make it look like the child of an R1200GS & the original RNineT. While the suspension isn't made for serious off-roading, the bike can handle mild gravel & hard packed dirt roads. It boasts factory ABS and heated grips as well. As far as aftermarket goodies, this one has Puig adjustable flip up anodized levers and a Rizoma rear luggage rack and right side bag bracket. The design of the R nineT Urban G/S is eye-catching. Distinctive stylistic elements make it a powerful, robust bike that pays tribute to the original G/S design: the 19-inch front wheel, the telescopic fork with the familiar bellows, the headlamp mask with the windscreen and the raised front-wheel cover define the front of the bike. The profile is defined by a pronounced horizontal line. White body elements and the narrow, slightly longer red seat revive the spirit of the legendary R 80 G/S from 1980.
